Cancellation Policy
- A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and must pay a 50% deposit to book future
appointments.
- If you are 15+ minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. We are unable to extend service time for late arrivals.
- When you book online, you are submitting a request. Your appointment is not confirmed until accepted and you receive a confirmation text.
- All fees are non-refundable
