Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card. When you schedule an appointment you are reserving a specific time frame for the service chosen, please reach out to us if you are unsure what to schedule for to avoid being charged.
-We understand unexpected life events happen, but if you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
-We reserve the right to shorten your service or require you to reschedule if you are 15+ minutes late. To avoid running late for other scheduled clients, we cannot extend time for late arrivals.
-No shows will be charged 100% of the service scheduled and you will be required a 50% deposit to schedule any future services.
-ALL FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
